<p>I’m a junior in high school. I have the option to take Calc 2/3 next year (or maybe just Calc 3 - this year, Calc 2 was cut and it might also be cut next year). Is it worth taking? I don’t want to overwhelm myself senior year and the rest of my schedule consists of 5 IB/APs. Calc 2/3 probably will not be accredited either, so I’ll have to take it again in college. Is it worth the challenge that colleges will see, or should I just take an easy route?</p>
<p>I got an A in AP Calc BC first semester, by the way. Second semester isn’t over yet. I’ve done well in math over the past few years, but it’s just the workload I’m concerned about - apparently it’s pretty demanding.</p>
