Is CBSE considered lower curriculum in Ivy Leagues?

I am a CBSE student from a Government school, Kendriya Vidyalaya, score 8.2 CGPA in 9th 78% in 10th, currently in grade 11 looking to apply for Ivy Leagues

No, but you need to score in the top 2% and have several extracurricular and community activities to have yourself even considered. Your essays play a bigger role than the board you studied in.

First, top universities include more than the ivy league: Williams, UChicago, Stanford, Pomona, Northwestern, Amherst, Wellesley, Bowdoin, Duke, Grinnell, Emory, UCBerkeley, UVA, Swarthmore, UNC-CH… Look up all of these if you’re not familiar with them. They’ll all be really hard to get into.
Second, these highly selective universities look at everything in context. So, it doesn’t matter that you’re Cbse v. Anything else, but you DO need to be among the top students in your town if not state. That’s the first cut. To make it takes more: What will distinguish you is the impact you’ve had compared to people in the same circumstances as you. Pupils in private schools are held to higher standards than pupils in government schools, but typically pupils in government schools have more opportunities to get involved in helping others (be sure they’re surrounded by need).
Finally, if you need financial aid, make sure to apply to “meet need” universities in the Midwest and South (which receive fewer applications than those in the Northeast and California, except for UIUC which is still riding on its 1980s “ivy level” ranking) and to universities with merit scholarships.
