Is it late for visa for spring 2013

<p>I have applied to University of texas El paso for Spring 2013,Masters in Bioinformatics .</p>

<p>undergrad CGPA :8.58
Gre: 304/340
TOEFL:104
No confirmation yet,but they have told they are still on it.
How long will the visa processing takes? The joining is in January.
Is it too late? </p>

<p>Its not late.
If you have the I-20, Score reports with you, Visa takes 2 weeks to be issued. Atleast that’s what was the case with me.</p>
