Is it OK to retake the SAT on May in case if applying to rolling admissions universities?

My SAT subscore is 1740 (620 Math , 600 Writing , CR 520) so definitely I’m not satisfied with it. :confused:

Could I retake it on May? Would it be better if I applied with the current score then I send the Universities my May score later?

For the current US application season, May 1 is decision day. You need to choose which college to go to by then. So yes, apply now with your current score. There are schools with rolling admissions…if you are trying to go to school next fall then I think the schools that would take applications after May 1 will also let you in with those scores.

Thanks bopper! I’m sure until now that I’ll apply to South Dakota State University and Kent State Un. Does it mean if if they let me in with the May score then it may increase my prospects of acceptance? (For Int’l like me).
