Is it worth it to...

tell one of your friends that you have liked them for a long time? I am wondering if anybody has been in a situation like this - you have a friend, and you start to like them, but unfortunately you find out that they are not single. You are scared to tell them how you feel because 1. since they are not single, they will probably reject you and 2. if they reject you, then your whole friendship will just crash and burn from there. What do you do?

Wait until they’re single.

^

This is correct.

Side note: it just kills me that there are so many grammatical errors in the above statement(s).

I waited and told a very good friend of mine, and even though the feelings weren’t mutual and I was a little bruised from it, we both got over it and are still good friends. I guess it really just depends on the person.

to do this you have to have been getting signs from her, at least showing that she’s not against the idea, and obviously you have to wait till she’s single, or try to break them up (don’t do that)
