Hypothetically speaking- what if you fall in love with a person on cc. Would you try to contact them? Would it be morally and socially correct?
Enjoy your summer.

Um…that’s just creepy…

^ agreed. 10char

mcq, I told you! Our relationship just can’t be! </3

How would you know what the person is truly like?

It’d be okay to form a friendship-type relationship with somebody on cc, but you should probably get to know off him or her better off of the website (through email at least; preferably in real life) before confessing any sort of feeling that’s more than friendship.

sungchul that was funny

lmao ewwww

i said hypothetical. And I do have a girlfriend in case you didn’t know.

…You can’t fall in love with someone because of their posts. Well you can, but then you simply have really, really low expectations. And when you contact someone you always risk disillusionment (i.e. that cool Coot66 fellow turns out to be an overweight pedophile…). So to answer you question, no I wouldn’t contact them (I’d admire from a distance).

-The Admiring Coot66

I was hoping you would say “-The Pedophile Coot66.”

Such disillusionment…

:D

And yeah, it is really creepy (in response to the OP) but I don’t know if morals play into it at all. It would be socially pathetic to act upon your feelings though, I think.

ha ha ha coot66

o k…

No. Seriously. I confessed my love to Coot… and he IS an obese pedophile.

haha. Coot always cracks me up.

i think i’m in love with you!! (jk , people !!)

for what it’s worth, my friend met both her past two boyfriends in chat. and she had long-term relationships with both of them. albeit, long-distance as well. one of them she considers her best friend.
