Is my Junior Year Schedule Good enough for the colleges I am interested In?

I am interested in NYU, UPenn (Probably a long shot), and Fordham

My Junior Classes are:
AP Euro
AP Lang
Chemistry I
Mythology
Psychology
Orchestra
Pre-Calc
German Honors

My Planned Senior Year Classes are:
Calculus
Chemistry II or Physics (Not Sure)
English 12 Honors
AP Gov
AP US History
German 4 Honors
Symphonic Orchestra (One step up from normal)
AP Psychology (If my friend can get it approved, if not then AP German)

Yes it’d be good. I would recommend taking Physics senior year if you plan on majoring in anythign STEM-y.
Start asking your parents how much they’ll be able to pay per year; together, run the NPCs for each college. They’ll likely be shocked and in denial of how much they have to pay.
Prepare for the SAT and the ACT seriously.
