<p>Hello there! I am currently a sophomore and in AP Bio and AP chem ( I took the PreAP Bio/Chem as a freshmen) and I was wondering if I could take AP Physics C next year as a junior. Under the prerequisite’s for the class at my school it says “PreAP Physics STRONGLY RECOMMENDED” but it doesn’t exactly say required. Do you know if i absolutely need to take the PreAP?</p>
<p>In my school we are required to take any “honors” science class before the AP level and it’s usually for the better. Unless you are a genius as physics, I would tell you to take the “PreAP Physics” to solidify your basic physics so you won’t be on shaky ground for more complex topics.</p>
