<p>Some of these performances tonight are REALLY cheesy! The Bang Bang one for instance…</p>
<p>Bruno though - always so entertaining - love to watch him. I actually think he is singing live too. </p>

<p>When did Lynyrd Skynyrd get old? does that mean I’m old, too? No way.</p>
<p>Did they mess up or skip a verse on Craig? </p>
<p>I’m not sure. Something seemed off at one point.</p>
<p>I still remember where I was inn grad school when I heard the Lynyrd Skynyrd plane went down, killing 3 band members in 1977. OK I am officially old. </p>
<p>I don’t usually watch the whole finale shows;, I just tune in at the end to catch the winner, but I am enjoying this more than I thought I would.</p>
<p>I keep wanting Damien to break into some James Brown moves…but it’s just not him. </p>
<p>Wow! Win for Craig Wayne Boyd. I’m guessing Matt and Chris ended up splitting the votes.</p>
<p>I’m happy with the result. He showed a broad range and stage presence, and is ready to go out there.</p>
<p>I was thinking that it would have been fun to have Juliet Sims come back and sing Freebird with Lynyrd Skynyrd.:)</p>

<p>Unfortunately, I think this is what happened.</p>
<p>Sweeeeeet victory. One poll showed him ahead by fifteen percentage point, but I had a hard time believing it because of all the hype of iTunes. I have regained confidence in the voters’ ears. </p>
<p>And best of all, Adam did lose it again with his song choices. Some of us were indeed over the rainbow hearing that song. This one does feel right! </p>

<p>I would have been happy with any of the top three winning.</p>
<p>I really think that Jessie J is pretty close to talent-free. </p>
<p>I thought Chris was the best, but that Matt would likely wind up winning. I didn’t see the CWB victory coming. I liked the other male country artist who was eliminated rather early. A very surprising result. I had the sense that every single person there was surprised. </p>
<p>Indiana91, You’re probably not as disappointed as Adam. Wondering if Somewhere Over The Rainbow didn’t hurt Matt the most.</p>

<p>I am ok with Craig winning.</p>
<p>To be clear, I am very happy Craig won because I think he showed more range and potential than the other three finalists. However, I would have been happy with the others winning as well. </p>
<p>As far as reasons for the “demise” of Matt I think that Adam exposed him in the duet and showed weaknesses in his voice and then nailed him with a horribly wrong song. For Chris, it was simply too much of a falsetto pushing Adam clone. He did reasonably well in the end but was uneven throughout the series. He could have gone home early and nobody would have wondered why. </p>
<p>All in all, the best performer won. </p>
<p>Yeah, I had Matt before Craig last night until Matt sang Over the Rainbow. I’m glad Craig won. </p>
