I just tuned in for the first time this season and I thought Christine Aguilera’s mother was singing.
Okay judges gave a standing O. Pay no attention to me.
Kimberley and her mom were both great. 
I generally wish that K would use more of her head voice and a prettier tone on occasion, but I really like her.
Meghan was, I have to admit it, great.
Pharrell once again proves that he is a highly evolved human being.
Can I say I love Pharrell?
Sawyer singing Shine On.
I like Sawyer. I just looked up the one (Meghan) who was singing when I tuned in and I can’t believe she is 29. I guess I have to blame hair, wardrobe and makeup for making her look much, much older.
I like Sawyer too. Not my favorite song choice but it was clear it meant something to him and his mom.

Dirty Diana is not my favorite MJ song, but as usual Kimberley rocks the hell out of it.

I missed Sawyer. Busy talking to college kid. What was his mom like? I wanted to see the woman who raised Sawyer.
Just clued into the fact they are doing 2 songs tonight so I guess I’ll still get to see her.

In My Life is one of my all time favorite songs. I liked his performance, but agree with Adam about the audience being spastic clappers.
Thank goodness adam is finally supporting his own contestant.
I thought that was boring. I’d have to look back at previous performances and look for a spark.
Ok, here we go again.
The Broadway girl being herself delivering a technical but emotionless rendition of a great song. Listen to Legend’s version https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzbKaDPMoDU and hear WHY that song is powerful. India does NOT get it. She is still looking for an angle and should have been home already.
Adam’s boy? Messed up again. What is there to say. That U2 song was butchered and was not --at all-- in his wheelhouse.
Probably should stop watching this. Koryn is next. That ain’t too promising!
Without watching, I think India is going home.
Joshua’s second song was excellent. Not totally wowed by Koryn’s second song. India good but could have been better, although everyone seems to love it.
Well, I listened to a few friends who reminded me to watch this show backwards and FF through all the BS of the prep and coaches’ commentaries. It is better! While the first --in order-- were pretty awful, the last part of the show were better.
Joshua redeemed himself with a simpler song. Hate to admit it but Kimberley did much better than her usual backup performances. Her second song propelled her to the front of this race.
For Wonderboy Sawyer, he better drop the nice campfire song he picked for his Mom. The voters will vote based on ALL the weeks as they have done, but he should play the popular choices a bit more.
I won’t comment too much on him …
The final four should be pretty easy to spot, but then the voters have been way off the past two weeks.
By the way, Pharrell is such a gentleman and kind spirit.
Oh jeez - poor Sawyer has to perform in the middle of that mess. What were they thinking? A poor song choice made worse by go go dancers.
I really hope Meghan goes home this week.
