toledo, Yes they probably are doing the save announcements in order-- highest to lowest votes. Since no one was in the top-10 in iTunes downloads, it is solely on votes without the 10X multiplyer, so I suppose anything is possible.
I only tune in toward the end. Boy, that last guy was awful. Owen, I think.

@busdriver11, that was possibly the only season in which my favorite won! 
Josh Kaufman subsequently appeared in Pippin on Broadway. Don’t know what he’s doing now.
I have lost interest in the last few weeks. I am DVRing and then just watching performances and some judge reactions on Mondays and only watching last 3 minutes for final result on Tuesdays. There is something about hearing Adam declare Alisan the undisputed winner (even though she’s not on his team) that makes the whole live thing anticlimactic for me. I agree she is consistently the most talented, but highlighting the disparity so often just minimizes my interest.
I’m starting to wonder if Adam’s declarations about Alisan are actually a strategy designed to provoke a backlash so that someone else will be elected.
hmmm…interesting! I just would like to see someone win who hasn’t made an album. Who would that be?
Daniel and Hannah were disappointing, imho. Shalyah and nick were pretty good

I liked Laith a lot (always do), and Shalyah was very good. Nick was good. Not impressed with the rest - Daniel was so flat.
