Early going here, but I was impressed with Simone, who picked Adam, tonite. IMO, she is head and shoulders above all the other artists with the basic talent of her voice, plus her ability to use it. It will be interesting to see her going forward. I also thought her 10 year old son was a very handsome kid, who seemed very smart. He had 10 year old charisma :).
I only saw part of it but was part of it a replay from a previous show?
jym, The show hasn’t aired yet on the west coast tonight but some of the auditions were “previewed” during the Olympics.
Nolan Neal’s Tiny Dancer is already at #135 on iTunes and the show hasn’t even begun yet on the west coast.
I really loved Nolan’s rendition of Tiny Dancer!!

I did like Nolan last night and thought that overall the people on Tuesday night were much better than Monday this week.
Wow, I loved Nolan. There were a lot of great singers last night. Darby was a standout for me also.
I’m going to revise my team. 
Hard choices.
I hated the arrangement of Stand By Me that Darby sang (it’s an old favorite and I thought it was almost unrecognizable), so I can’t tell if I don’t like her or it was the song. I’m eager to hear her do another number so I can get a better take on her.
I felt the same about Darby, MommaJ. She may have changed it up a little too much for my liking.
Simone Gundy broke into the top-200 iTunes ranking. She’s at #193 with her rendition of I (Who Have Nothing).
I thought Darby was really shouting a lot. Good shouting, but shouting.
Adam seems to have a winning team, with both Nolan and Billy. Of course, he’ll probably have them face off against each other, seems they always pit their best against each other.
Is there another show tonight?
busdriver, No show tonight. Next show is Monday 10/3, with the last of the blind auditions (#5), then on Tuesday 10/4 they will show a “highlight” recap of all the blind auditions.
Darby’s version of Stand By Me was the Florence and the Machine version, she stayed fairly true to that arrangement .

jonri, Did they save the best Blinds for last or is it slim pickings, or somewhere in between?
I watched. There were a couple of good ones, but I don’t remember their names. Candace Cameron Bure’s (DJ on Full House) daughter was on it. I think Adam is the only one who turned for her. I don’t think she will last long.
I loved the two sisters who started the show, but is two really fair?
Is there a recap show tonight? I downloaded the app and am going to try to play along this season.
