There have been rumors of that for a while now but who knows if it will actually happen, especially now that Ryan Seacrest has moved to NY and taken the job with Kelly Ripa.
I was disappointed this week that Stephanie went home instead of Mark. Not surprised, though, given what happens when America votes. 
I have never voted before until this year when I downloaded the app on my phone to pick a team. However, I don’t do Twitter, so I don’t vote during the “save.” My theory is that the younger people who are probably voting for Mark, are not voting in the first round, but all take to Twitter to save him each week.

I wondered the same about American Idol when I saw Ryan with Kelly this week.

Well Jesse’s performance put a smile on my face, and Aliyah brought me to tears…Good start to the night.
Vanessa looks so much younger when she wears her hair curly. She looks gorgeous, but did not like that song choice at all. She may be in danger.
Hmmm, wonder who’s going to be in the bottom two…for the fourth straight week.

Chris has terrific moves! Wow-wie. He didn’t sing much, but it was a great performance.
Yes, Mark should pack his bags. Aliyah made me cry, too, but I could hear many areas where her voice needs more time.
Vanessa was very good, but that song is patented by Lauryn Hill, so it is tough to not compare to Lauryn’s version. Vanessa looked great … love the curlier hair on her. Her rapping was great, although I don’t know much about rap.
Jazz can’t just be learned in one week. I am a jazz fan and did not like this version of Unforgetable by Lilly. Boo. Did not like several notes.
Carson said only 8 will go through to next week, so two will be going home tomorrow.
I think TSoul is safe.
Tsoul … nice job! I missed Lauren as I got pulled away, but I hope she was good as usual.
Jesse and Aliyah are already at 51 and 60 on iTunes with over an hour to go before the show even airs on the West Coast.
Lauren has such a beautiful voice but I did not care for the song choice. I hoped if it was going to be an uptempo at least it would be one familiar.
I think TSoul had his best performance so far, but I love that song so maybe that’s why I liked him so much tonight.
I think Adam is in real danger of losing two this week. Mark is past due to leave and Lilli just hasn’t stood out lately.
