My NBC station (Dallas) broke away for a DPD news conference just before the two performed and came back just after they finished. I did see the results, though. Were the performances worth my hunting for them on the internet?
I read that Rayshun won the insta-save by around two-thirds to one-third. I voted to save D.R. Will watch the show on Hulu in the morning.
The save was right based on last nights performances. I still have my three and 1,902,000 points.

I’m half watching. My team is Brynn, Jackie F and Britton. I thought most of them sounded off key. Last night when the Rise performed it was like wow - I always knew the group numbers were terrible, but that performance showed just how bad they really were.

I thought the fans picked some good songs for the contestants. My least favorite were Christiana (I barely recognized the song) and Spensha (pitch problems). I wish Kyla would get her hair out of her face and quit looking at the ground while the judges are talking to her. I know she is being humble, but it makes her look weak, imo. She can definitely sing and I wish I had put her on my team.

I thought Kyla really unleashed her beastly voice tonight. Thought it was her personal best of the season.
My favorite performance so far was from Pryor. That song suited him perfectly. Have not seen Spensha and Britton perform yet, only heard their iTunes samplers. Didn’t notice any Spensha pitch issues but they auto-correct these.
I think Adam has 2 on his team in the bottom on Tuesday— Rayshun and Sharane. I think Jackie V. has become his #1 seed.

I topped 2 million at 2,017,000 points today. I think my three should be around for a while Kyla, Brynn, and Jackie F. It’s only a game. But I like winning.
Just watched the Monday show on Hulu.
I always feel like Rayshun is doing a parody of a soul singer. Never seems authentic to me. If he should wind up in the bottom again, a big “if” considering the way Adam hyped him as well as the crowd reaction, he will get saved— again.
Agree with musicmom… I really did not like Christiana tonight either. It was a poor song choice for her and she had problems with the timing. She also did not sound good. Her stage presence was fine. I still love her but, if she survives this week, needs a breakout performance next week. Have not liked her in the Lives.
Kyla delivered a great performance, got great reaction and hype from Alicia and her coach, but didn’t get great results on iTunes. I think Pryor now has to be considered Blake’s #1 seed as of now.
I love Kaleb’s song but thought Blake was right when he said it wasn’t a song he would have picked for him.
I thought Jackie V. had the best Country performance of the night.
I didn’t love the Jackie F. song but thought vocally she was really solid. Still, 2 weeks running now when she has not had breakthrough performances.
I think Britton has to be considered the front runner over Brynn, at this point, but Pryor had his personal best performance of the season. It was so refreshing to see him soften things up during the performance. I hope next week he does that even more.
Hoping Sharane or Rayshun go home and not Christiana.

Musicmerit, I’m not conceding just yet but having 3 artists with max days will make you tough to beat. If Britton wins, I get bonus points. I do not personally believe (your) Jackie F. or Kyla will win. I also definitely do not think (my) Christiana will win. Heck, she might not even get through this week. My only shot at beating you is if Britton wins.
