Is "The Voice" Your New Vice?

Predictions for the bottom two? I’m guessing Dave and Linnea.

I swear I typed “comprising”.

Kymberl sometimes does over sing, to the point of distorting her vocals. However, this time I thought it worked perfectly for a gospel song.

I still think Chevel is Team Kelly’s top seed. Even with an off night, which she had IMO (she seemed stiff as a board), she still did well on iTunes. She seems the most marketable to me.

Loving Sarah Grace more each week. Her artistry and instincts are really good.

I hope DeAndre, if he makes it through to the top-10, sings something well known and with broad appeal next week. He is still my favorite on Team Adam (sorry Reagan).

Hoping Kennedy sings an uptempo song next.

Lynnea, please go home next. Dave, if you survive this week, please, no more beat boxing and choreography.

Yes please

Agreed; the beat boxing was painful to hear.

Agreed.

I don’t understand…the Voice just said Reagan was #1 live streaming overnight. Is that different than the numbers jshain posted!!!

How on earth did Dave make the top 10?!

jonri, I believe what Reagan has been #1 in 2 weeks in a row is the Apple streams. I have been posting the iTunes rankings. They do not seem to jive with one another.

Huge difference in votes for who to save. I completely agree.

In a way I’m surprised Lynnea got that high of a percentage. I think she may be tone deaf.

I think the top-10 this season are very good top to bottom. I do not feel there are any “head scratchers”. I really feel Dave deserves to be in the top-10, even though he really laid an egg last night!

So glad Lynnea is gone. After DeAndre sang, Kelly couldn’t even say Lynnea should stay in the competition. At least Kelly was truthful and kind, but head to head, Lynnea didn’t stand a chance with any of the remaining ones.

The one negative for me about DeAndre (who I have on my team) is there is kind of an arrogance about him that came across BOTH nights this week.

I tweeted to save DeAndre and made a comment about beating my sister in the app game and Adam Levine started following me.

I tweeted Adam Levine and suggested that he refrain from “shushing” the audience. I think it is a little condescending…

He responded. Too bad I can’t post the link.

I have over 2 million points now but am dropping in the ranking with only 2 left on my team. Just barely in the 800s. There must be more people with 3 team members still around. Also I don’t tweet.

I get why Adam shushed the audience though. They did not let him finish his thought.

Adam shushes the audience a lot every season.

I don’t do Twitter. What did Adam’s response say?

Here is Adam’s response, musicmom:

“I’ve got to ask everybody this question,” Adam shouted to the booing, protesting studio audience. “Does it feel right for this guy to go home? I’m really, really shocked that he is even being considered as one of the bottom, because I think he is one of the top. And I think this dude deserves to go all the way. He deserves to be in the finale. I don’t know how we got to this point.”

It wasn’t Adam’s response that I personally objected to. It was his “SHUSH”. There are other ways to deal with a boisterous audience but he seems to continually prefer to use this word.

Oh, I took @skieurope 's post #6473 to mean that Adam responded to your tweet. I also don’t have a problem with the statement he made about DeAndre on the show Tuesday, but he does shush the audience a lot and none of the other coaches do that.

I was joking. Adam made a post on twitter yesterday which said “The hell with them.” Except he used a four letter word instead of “The hell with.” I don’t know who/what he was referencing, but I really doubt it was @jshain

Haha…
My tweet to Mr. Levine, re. his shush of the audience, did not get a reply from him. When I went back to find my tweet, I discovered that tweets to the coaches (or artists?) are not recoverable unless they like, respond, or retweet the tweeter’s tweet. Say that really fast 3 times…
