I thought everyone had a pretty good night tonight. Two will be eliminated. I’m not sure in which order they will go home, but my bottom five are Shane, Joana, Kat, Marybeth, and Hello Sunday.

I agree that Shane will probably go. I thought Rose was great last night as was Jake Hoot. There’s a good variety of voices left and as always I think young people vote a lot for the the young people on the show so Hello Sunday will probably be sticking around. My musical daughter was home last week and when she heard Katie sing she mentioned that she felt she is hurting her voice with all the “raspiness”. Probably true, I felt that last night Katie might have been suffering from a sore throat as she wasn’t as strong. Kat made a couple errors last night also. Personally I think Jake is the strongest at this point in the game.
I hope Kat goes home. I just don’t get what Blake sees in her. Yes her voice may be unique but it is often totally off-key. My husband doesn’t usually watch but was in the other room last night and just commented that she was “so bad”. He couldn’t believe she was in the top 10. She seems like a lovely person though.
^I think Kat ‘bends her notes’ looking for her correct pitch LOL. For me, Joana still gets this season’s award for hitting the most wrong notes. She should have waited a year or two before competing… IF that would have helped her develop her ear for being on pitch.
I misunderstood what song they said Jake was going to sing. I heard “I Drive Your Truck” instead of “That Ain’t My Truck.” Then when he talked about his cousin being killed in Afghanistan, I was ready for a tearjerker. “I Drive Your Truck” would have been totally appropriate, but I’m glad he spared my box of tissues!

I’m in a rare good mood tonight and think nearly all of them had good nights. The duo (trio?) of Kat and Hello Sunday was pretty weak, though.
For the first time, I really enjoyed Mary Beth.
My top three: Jake, Katie, and Rose.
4th spot could be Ricky, Will, or Mary Beth, but I think Ricky should take it.
Ummm…I think a few of my fellow watchers are screaming at their TVs right now!!!
Finally back on CC…
I thought the ‘right’ 4 made the Finals. It was frustrating to see Marybeth fall so fast after that great performance at the start of the Live Shows a few weeks back. Ricky on both the piano AND guitar on Monday was a brilliant move.
Rose won the Instant Save by 2 to 1 over both Kat and HS. That would have been a crying shame had she been eliminated.
I signed up for the app tonight for the sole purpose of voting to save Rose.
Rose really deserved to be saved! So happy for her.
I wonder what will happen with the elimination of Hello Sunday; will their supporters just stop voting or move onto someone else? Nobody very young is left in the competition.
No young ones left this season AND all coaches represented! Nice for a change…
Interesting question jonri. I hope HS fans move over to someone else, especially if that someone is Rose. I love everything about her.
I think Jake and Ricky will benefit from Katie and Rosie kind of being in the same lane. I think their votes get split. Jake continues to rack up that 5x multiplier by being #1 on Apple Streams and is the one to beat. Hopefully, Katie can be that person. Would like to see the Legend repeat his winning ways.

Heck, if it thinks I am under 13, I coulda voted for Hello Sunday (I am actually not a big fan- I am glad Rose was saved.
Holy moly. Finally was able to reset my password. CC is becoming as bad as the company I work for in the technical area.
I am happy with the top 4 but didn’t expect to see Rose singing for her life. I think she is great. All of the finalists are really good.
I’m predicting Jake will win and I’m more than ok with that. I love his “old country” voice.
Just got back on CC too. Very annoying and was too busy for a few days to figure out what to do. At first I got error messages on Safari on my phone so I thought CC was just down for a day. Did we get any warning before the change? I missed it if we did.
I still have Rose and Katie on my team and have been in the top 100 for a few weeks. I think Katie might win it all, but the country fans might be a large enough block to give Jake the win. I like him, but am not really a country fan.
I finally was able to log in on my phone. Have not been able to do it on my computer yet. Maybe now that I got in on my phone? I also like all of the finalists. I am not a fan of country, but I recognize a good singer … and Jake is certainly a good singer. I feel like he has consistently been really good, and I predict that he will win it all. But I would be fine with any of the finalists winning, to be honest.
Ooh Rose was sooo off key in the duet with Gwen. Ouch!
