This has been the strangest season ever. Anyone care to predict the winner? I’m hoping Thunderstorm.
jshain, I think you are probably right about Todd and Toneisha. I personally think Todd will have a career in Christian music, but Toneisha, although very talented, is not unique.

Agreed. They’ve really truncated the sow this season (I think they said it was b/c of the expected , now non existent, baseball season). Not sure when they decided to do this “one per team”, but it isnt then the best of the best, its a 50:50 per team. And then the wild card.
Toneishas rendition of Minnie Rippertons song is excellent.

I just voted to save Toneisha. I don’t usually vote.
I agree with the top five, after this week’s performances. I thought the young girls really went downhill the last few weeks.
Also, James Taylor’s son is pretty cute.
I think Todd and Toneisha, although totally different artists, will split the ‘Blake votes’. I think the winner will be a close one between Micah and Thunderstorm. I like them both.

I like Thunderstorm too. My favorite so far tonight. His original song, very nice vocals, great guitar.

She just sang. But the show is still on until 10 pm EST. She sang Faithfully.

My H only puts up with watching The Voice. But tonight, he was majorly impressed with Thunderstorm … he is even going to vote. Two for Thunderstorm in this household!
I think five is too many to have in the finale. I did not vote tonight because I just didn’t really have a favorite.
IF I had to choose the top three, I would choose T-storm, Todd, and Toneisha. Micah has had some good nights, but he is so “bubble gum” to me and I didn’t think CammWess had his best night. Purple Rain was just so-so and the production sure featured the drummer a lot.
T-storm seems very current. I think Todd will make it in Christian music. Toneisha is incredibly talented, but is she really marketable? Who knows. I wish them all well.
