<p>wow, the girl that sang the “diamonds in the sky” just blew me away! I love that song and loved Ashley’s version so much. I watched 6 times already. I hope Adam coaches her well though I wish she chose Christina or Blake. </p>
<p>This is my second season watching Voice and missing Usher and Shakira though Christina is way better than I imagined her to be. Definitely I prefer “The Voice” coaches than American Idol. </p>

<p>Chances are high that Adam repeats his horrendous performance of last year. With the teams almost filled, this will be an ominous season.</p>
<p>Nobody has jumped out at me so far who I can really get behind. I’m not sure I’ll continue watching unless there are more interesting singers to come.</p>

<p>I liked the girl who sang the Rihanna song, too, but it certainly isn’t hard to sing a Rihanna song better than Rihanna does. Also, I wondered whether she picked that song because it was popular and would get a positive audience reaction (which it did) or because, like Rihanna, she has a very limited vocal range. We shall see.</p>
<p>One thing I like about this season is that the coaches are explaining on-air why they didn’t turn their chairs for some performers. It seems so random sometimes. </p>
<p>I did think it was hilarious when only Blake turned for the male country singer and the others all said they were convinced that he’d choose Blake anyway so they didn’t bother to turn. It was also funny when Christina was mouthing “He’s cute.” Obviously, she thought the crowd reaction was better than the performance warranted.</p>
<p>I still find Christina to be insufferable. The little judgmental faces she makes when listening as if she has a clue about anything except hitting one money note and a couple of runs. Unfortunately the singers know they have to pull that stuff to get noticed so they often risk their voices and every bit of musicality they have to mimic Christina.</p>

<p>I agree, xiggi, but Jimmy Rose was a finalist on AGT 2013 and I personally don’t think he would have gone that far on The Voice this season.</p>
<p>I also agree that Adam is building a really strong team and he needs to do a better job, with his battle round pairings and song selections, than he did last season. If your whole team is super strong, than a battle round loser gets stolen and can greatly strengthen another team. </p>
<p>Agree with others… loved Ashley Dubose, the final singer tonight.</p>
<p>Where did all the Voice viewers vanish to? Is anyone following the latest Cee Lo charge? It’s no laughing matter (it really is not), but I can not help but wonder how he feels about the possibility of wearing orange rather than his customary red?</p>
<p>I’ve been watching it and loving the singers. I have to say I am feeling a little less enthusiastic about the show since the CeeLo charge. It’s hard to take him seriously now.</p>

<p>I watch on and off, so haven’t seen all the battle rounds. The Ceelo thing is definitely creepy, if the allegation is true. Who knows.</p>
<p>There’s a new twist during next week’s battle round. The coaches each get one more steal. That should be a nice adddition to the show. </p>
<p>On another note, what do you think of CA’s new “beek-a-boob” dress?</p>
<p>Are they lengthening the show (which the additional steal thing they announced at the end of the show yesterday) or will the contestants be culled later in a different way?
CA was looking more sophisticated til that dress. But it will get viewers and thats their goal.</p>
