I had applied at University of Windsor in December. But even now about 6 weeks later, my application status reads “Requirements Completed”. According to them, this means that my application is at the registrar’s office and the department hasn’t received it yet. Is this normal? I might sound desperate but I am getting a little anxious.
Canadian universities have only recently started doing “early admissions” and not all schools and programs do so. For Canada, early would be anytime before second semester marks are received by schools. Most offers are made in late April/May. I’m not sure about Windsor Engineering specifically but I wouldn’t stress yet.
Hi. I am not sure what "early admissions"means. Also I have applied for an MS. Are offers for those also made in April/May?
You could check with graduate admissions at U.Windsor regarding when admissions results are likely to appear. However, I agree with @gwnorth. I think that it is still early and you are not likely to hear for a while. I know this is hard, but try to relax. You will figure this out.
If you do ask graduate admissions at U.Windsor, then keep the request short and be polite. Remember that you are dealing with Canadians who are used to dealing with polite people!
