It scares me whenever a website gets the GPA Scale wrong

OFFICIAL One:
<a href=“How to Convert (Calculate) Your GPA to a 4.0 Scale – BigFuture”>College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools;

A lot of websites say a 4.0 is 100, but its a 93

As far as I know, there isn’t any official GPA scale used by colleges.

Well this one is by CollegeBoard

Different places have different scales.

Different strokes for different folks.

ughh, :l
its all basically a crap shoot

Unweighted GPA scales are usually pretty similar, though, so that should give you a good idea of what you have.

Ok good, High School is going to be quite the ride

Please provide a link to a website that says that only 100 is a 4.0,because I’ve never seen one. 93-100 is the general standard, but some schools may tweak slightly. I’ve never seen one instance where a 99 converts to less than a 4.0.

Isn’t it just
A-4.0
B-3.0
C-2.0
D-1.0
F-0.0

^that’s pretty much it but colleges do have their own ways of calculating gpa’s.

Again, different scales for different places.

<a href=“Myrtle Beach High School / Myrtle Beach High Homepage”>http://mbh.horrycountyschools.net/pages/Myrtle_Beach_High_School/Guidance/Grading_System</a> –

This isn’t my high school, but this is the scale that our district uses.

@DiaphanousDoll That is seriously the most crazy, convoluted system I have ever seen.

@skieurope – You’re telling me! I think half of the colleges I applied to gave up when my counselor explained it.

wow your school misspelled the word “dual”, unless you guys get credit for fighting each other with honor :p

http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2013/182/8/5/zuko_s_honor_by_animeroxx95-d6blpyr.jpg</a></p>

Obviously they go to the Yu-Gi-Oh duel academy.

I actually never noticed that lmao.
@parapp2025 has the right idea. The person who wins the duel gets GPA credit, and the loser gets sent to the shadow realm, obviously.
