I think it is sad that this chocolate thread is not attracting anywhere near the amount of attention as that exercise & weight loss thread.

I went to a Chinese restaurant down in the Village with few friends. We had chocolate dumplings.

Chocolate covered almonds!!! :x

I am very active on the Diet/Exercise thread - but I also appreciate and enjoy a chocolate sweet! I’m a savor a bite, not eat a bag type girl.

I could use a little more self-restraint with the chocolate and late night eating in general, but I exercise daily.

Demonstrating my patriotism about this national holiday right now. :)

Gave my mechanic and his two assistants bags of m&ms. Gave the conference center staff & my folk chocolate filled and chocolate drizzled cream puffs. YUM!

I had a Rocky Road candy bar after dinner yesterday.

So that’s it? Holiday is over so no more chocolate?

You know? Halloween is on Friday. If you need an excuse . ;)

I actually dipped into the Halloween candy to celebrate the chocolate holiday after my blood test today.

Didn’t see this thread until now. On the 28th, I did enjoy a cup of chocolate ice cream and a few days beforehand, I dipped into a grabbag of Kitkats for Halloween trick or treaters for myself and two friends who I saw while seeing one of them play a gig out in Brooklyn.

All that’s usually much more chocolate than I usually have in 2-3 weeks. Not a real issue, however, as in the last doctor’s appointment, doc actually said I needed to eat more as I’ve lost quite a bit of weight since the last appointment and am on the low side of normal for my height even if I’m still healthy. Weird as I’ve actually been eating much more though I have been doing much more long-distance walks for fun and in a few cases, because it was faster than taking public transit late at night*.
