It's National Coffee Day - what kind of you drinking?

National Coffee Day! By coincidence, I happened to make a coffee cake to bring into work! Didn’t even plan that one! :)

So…what is your coffee of choice this morning/day??

I’m having my at work stand by- Maxwell House International Vanilla Bean Cafe - I know, not really authetic, but it’s tasting good today! One cup with one additional creamer - perfect!

I’m drinking a pot of Starbucks Breakfast Blend.

“Sumibiyaki” – it’s similar to “French Roast” and sold in Japan. We drink it black and semi-strong. One cup’s enough to get me through the day!

Cameron’s Organic French Roast (whole bean). Good stuff. Brew strong, drink black. Sadly, my bag o’beans is nearly empty.

Peets black I buy already ground. I am getting onerous and can’t take the grinder noise early in the morning any more.

^LOL@Iglooo
I also can’t take that “morning grind” noise any longer, and so I buy ours pre-ground.

I’m getting cheap…drinking Sam’s Club’s Members Mark brand of Arabica grounds. Also, don’t want to grind in the am.

Peet’s Columbian, also pre-ground–that high pitched whine before I’ve had my coffee is just too much!

My MIL gave us a discontinued Nespresso machine a year or so ago. Thoroughly hooked now… H likes Arpeggio or Ristretto (the really strong ones), I prefer Capriccio or Dulsao Brasil.

I buy whole bean, but then grind enough for two or three days so I have the convenience of ground coffee without the noise every time.

Peets Sumatra, also pre-ground.

Today - Starbucks Verona.

I drink the best in the land…Dunkin’ Donuts!

Peet’s Major Dickason blend, pre-ground. Neither of my two grinders do a very good job, I hate the cleaning part, and I discovered I can’t tell the difference when the beans are freshly ground. Also, it takes too much time when mornings are hectic enough already.

I think I’ll always carry my Peets with me. DD’s college tour last spring was a blur because I never had the proper jolt in the a.m.

I’ve never had a cup of coffee in my life - and I’m not even Mormon.

My mother drank plenty of the stuff and I’d grown to hate even the smell of it and especially all that drinking coffee has associated with it as a kid (i.e. having to wait for ‘another cup of coffee’ to be drunk before we could leave whoever she was visiting, usually followed by yet another one - torture for me as a kid).

I’ve never had a cup of tea either but at least it doesn’t have the awful coffee smell.

I saw this thread and was about to post what ucsducladad posted but he beat me to it!

I have never had a cup of coffee in my life.

I also have never had a cup of tea in my life.

I thought I was the only one until I saw post #15. :D

Starbucks all the way.

I’ve had two cups of tea today, and I’m halfway through a bottle of Diet Coke.

I feel unpatriotic. :(

I’m still drinking yesterday morning’s coffee. DH is out of town so it’ll take me until tomorrow morning to finish off the pot. I could’ve thrown it out and made a new pot but I’m lazy.

Green Mountain Morning Blend.

Oh, don’t worry, I’m happy to give equal opportunity when it’s National Tea Day! My favorite drink of choice is Chai!!!
