I found it. So I guess he didn’t get any SSA scholarships if none are on there?
I’m also tired of this federal unsubsidized loan showing up like it’s some merit award.

I think it is too early to say that your student didn’t receive any SSA scholarships. Those come out directly from the school he / she was admitted to over the next month or so. My student was a direct admit to the Hutton Honors College, Luddy School of Informatics and Hamilton Lugar School for Int’l Studies, so she is eligible for scholarships from each. We haven’t heard anything yet and assume that we will hear over the next several weeks. Don’t give up yet.

Yeah my son is in Kelley and he’s in Hutton. I was hoping for something else.
At least unlike Wisconsin who made them apply for scholarships prior to releasing decisions only to defer him, Indiana he at least was admitted before he did all that work and had a chance at getting them.

I don’t think any programs have put out their scholarships except Hudson and Holland
Don’t jump the gun, barely any scholarship programs have finished their review
they start rolling out schloarship during march-ish
Thank you, all. Now need to figure out the best way to visit during these times…family road trip or flying? Hubby is thankfully fully vaccinated. Flying and staying in a hotel will creep me out, no matter how many masks I wear. 
Anyone happen to have a good, COVID safe recommendation (hotel or B&B) at IU? Thank you
It did only come out today, could be they add them as they go through them. I wouldn’t call it a day yet.
the Graduate is an amazing place; my parents and I stayed there during our weekend visit a month ago and is only 2-3 blocks south of the Sample Gates right on Kirkwood Ave (we saw the gates from our window!). Very charming and very clean; highly recommend! While you’re there, be sure to stop at Uptown Cafe a short walk away as they have the most marvelous food!

Traditionally IU will not be finished awarding scholarships until early April, your current financial aid packets are not final and can change ( nothing will be taken away but stuff can most definitely be added ).

Got an email today about Kelley Scholars finalist status. Looks like there’s a lot of interviews
So S sat on the invite to Kelley Direct Admit days and now they aren’t accepting any additional reservations. When he emailed them to inquire, got a fairly terse email from Kelley about “there are reasons for deadlines”. Not sure why they can’t have unlimited people if it’s online.
It’s really sad that all of you going to Kelley don’t get to experience the Direct Admit Day in person. When you see what your sons or daughters have accomplished to get into Kelley and all of the other kids, from the four corners of the world, that are coming to Kelley, it just makes you so damn proud that they are going to be a part of a top notch business school and will be prepared for the job market in four short years. I don’t know about you, but the virtual meetings are getting tiresome and they really don’t do much to give you a genuine feel about IU. We are lucky that we’ve been through this before and know the in’s and outs of IU/Bloomington, and it’s all good. So don’t worry too much about missing a virtual Direct Admit Day, just have your kids ready to hit the ground running in August and hopefully they get to enjoy the next four years of hard, but enjoyable work. My son is doing a Kelley admit day on Saturday and they sent him a whole big box of stuff with Kelley swag. He’s already wearing the t-shirt so clearly he liked it!

My daughter had same reaction. The box was a nice touch for sure. I just wish there were in person tours of campus.

does every direct admit recieve the swag box?
Not sure. My daughter also is signed up for the virtual visit on Sat so maybe that is the triggering event.
