Well, itās June 15. Has anyone been notified of their status? I havenāt.
Do you know if the south east has heard yet?
On this forum, one person from southeast and another from central received the scholarship, and I can only assume that Mid-Atlantic and northeast were notified before they.
Does anyone know when their office closes?
No idea. I donāt think their office is open during the weekend, however. I sent them an email, hopefully theyāll reply.
@evodie Awesome! Tell us what they tell you! Iām planning to call tomorrow if I donāt get an update tomorrow morning. I will inform you all on what they tell me if I call.
Alright so I just called the foundation and they stated that although some people have heard back already, theyāre still in the process of making decisions. She didnāt give me an exact day we would find out unfortunately, they just said expect to hear back soon.
So based on this Iāve decided not to dwell on finding out until the end of June. Then if I havenāt heard back yet I will call.
I found out about a week ago that Iām a JRF Scholar. I live in the Midwest/Central Region.
@GreaserGyal I received the same information. I feel a little better about this since weāre in the same general region. Congratulations @markb2017!
I am incline to agree with everyone that is willing to wait it out. It is definitely worth the wait, even if the wait is longer than expected.
