Daughter accepted!!
She got denied early decision UVA Nursing, and has not applied anywhere else 
She does not want to go anywhere else! Thankful we donāt have to start applying quickly to schools she does not even want to be at.

The best way I can describe it is a mix between an extensive college tour / info session and a big pep rally in the basketball gym - with speeches from current and former students. The school spirit is evident. They also let you meet reps from individual colleges and majors that your kid is interested in. Itās a pretty long day but well organized and worth attending overall IMO.

Do we know if emails have gone out telling kids to check their portals?
Son deferred as Economics major. 3.45 UW 1270 SAT, some APs and Honors especially as a Junior & Senior. Varsity soccer and golf. This was expected. My daughter had a 3.9UW two year ago and was admitted EA. Good luck!

ACCEPTED! My daughter just checked. Sheās so excited! She has 4.3 weighted GPA with AP and dual enrollment classes. She will have her Associates Degree completed upon high school graduation.

My son canāt log in and is impossibly stubborn. He has a 9 digit student ID number from when he applied, and swears its his usual password but gets an error message when he tries to log in. Can someone post the link for checking please, I am guessing he is on the wrong pageā¦
Yikes! He should have set up an eID that is first 6 letters of last name then first initial middle initial. That is the username.

Itās all the same info he had right after he applied . Has he gone in since ? No changes from that point

DD: I GOT INTO JMU!!!
I would be happy for a lackluster decision letter. Iām still shaking from that.
