Hey so I know this isnt really the site for this but i thought i would give it a chance. I m a high school senior in jazz band and was wondering if any other jazz musicians could give me some advice on how to run a combo. I play tenor sax and flute, but we got a trumpet, piano, bass, guitar, and drums. How do you go about running a jazz combo as a leader?
