So I’m currently filling out my JS application, and I was just wondering about roughly what percent of applicants move on to the interview phase?

It varies by region. In some, everyone has an interview. In others, a small percentage. I think it has to do with the size of the region.
My S had an interview last yr. (west central FL- north of Tampa to south of Sarasota which is a lot of high schools. The narrowed the interview phase to 20-25 kids which was approx 1/3 of the total.
