<p>I just started a job at a grocery store for minimum wage. I also just got a call from a department store that is offering me an interview. </p>

<p>From your experience, which job is easier? I don’t particularly like the grocery store job, so perhaps its better to switch over to the department store one? Are they similar in boringness and difficulty, etc.? I’m not sure how much the department store job pays, but probably around the same. Which one would be the better job? Is it bad to switch jobs if I just started the grocery store one?</p>

<p>it’s not bad to switch.
definitely go for the interview, then if you’re offered the job you can decide. find out what the department store would want you to do, and what the pay is.</p>

<p>Go for the interview…worst case scenario, they don’t like you, and you’re stuck with your old job. Best case scenario, they LOVE you, and they offer you a job in a dept and function you like AND double your pay.</p>
