Does Johns Hopkins University meet 100% of international aid? If so, what is the average aid awarded?
They do not guarantee to meet 100% aid. JH is not a school known for extraordinary financial aid.
From their website: “Approximately 10% of the incoming international freshmen received need-based scholarships. The average scholarship is $25,000, but individual amounts can be more or less, depending on the financial need of the student.”

What do you mean extraordinary aid? The Ivy Leagues can be generous – for a few extraordinary international students per year. If you read through this whole thread you will find names of schools that have offered good FA to internationals. Sorry, but we can’t do all the research for you…
Do your homework. Go to colleges of your choices’ website and read their FA and merit scholarship policies. If not clear, call the admission/FA office.
If you are an international student, then you need to know that aid will be limited because there is no large bucket of money, waiting for applicants.
There’s a list above. Check those schools’ websites. Then do a Google search for schools which meet 100% of demonstrated need for international students. You should find up to 50.
Be aware though, that this extraordinary aid is only for accepted students. The competition is extremely fierce so be prepared. Spread your net.
