3 weeks ago I posted about my son receiving an email saying he had missing financial docs on his portal. We inquired about it and they said it was fine now. Last week my son got another email saying he has missing financial docs! Again!
We tried calling the FA office but sat on hold for 30 min tho I tried doing the thing where u can press a button and theyâll call u back. Wasnât working. So we took a screenshot of his portal showing the full list of docs with green check marks and sent an email asking for an explanation of exactly what is missing. We have not received a response.
Decisions are coming in 2 weeks and I know this is FA related, it is still nerve racking to think that they donât have his complete file. They specifically mentioned that it was past the FA due date but theyâd include the document if received. Wish I knew what it was!
