Until the Judge can hold a full hearing and possible trial. Note, the Stay is only for definitions of “professional” degrees, not the loan limits.
But this means that some professional/grad programs might actually have the higher loan limit.

yes, of course.
(Plaintiffs had also challenged the loan limits themselves, regardless of which category they were in – $20.5k or $50k. The Judge rejected that argument. )
