I swore there was a recent thread on this, but I can’t find it…

Thought it might be fun to start a thread for the “big day” tomorrow - anything you’re looking for? Has anyone seen any “sneak peaks” of items they may have? I’m not really sure how it works - will there be a listing? Hourly specials? Or do you just search as usual???

Is it worth getting a trial membership for this event?

Mr R is looking for a nice gaming chair. I might get a cane and look for some things we need for the house.

I’m expecting this to be better than the last flop (to put it nicely) but I still think it’s going to be aggravating for most people.

Luckily I work from home so I get to follow it closely :).

So we are new to Amazon Prime. Just finished up our free trial and I have paid the annual membership. We are in the market for a new washer and dryer. Is this the kind of purchase that would be good to do on Amazon Prime Day? If so, I need to figure out what we want pretty quickly!

FYI you can go to amazon or the amazon app and preview many of the deals. You can, on the app at least, click to “watch” certain deals and you’ll be alerted when they go live.

I missed some last year because I forgot so I’m going through and marking the things I might want.

Saw the laptop too, but that was the only semi-interesting thing. Was really hoping the lumix fz1000 camera would be discounted!

Bought a board game called Exploding Kittens to put away for Christmas. It says it’s for people who like kittens and explosions and that sums up one of my dd.

I’m considering getting the Echo. DH really liked it when we visited S1 and DIL. It’s $50 off. I was planning to get it for DH’s birthday in Nov, and I’m not sure what the price of it will be like by then.
