July 12, Amazon Prime Day

This is the pressure mat that I got: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0049Q0P9M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I will update when I give it a week or so

Pulled the trigger on the Instapot. I also ordered a Foodsaver for D. It was $52 after tax. It was a limited time deal.

I got my response from Amazon and it was not helpful. They assumed that the garden cart was 100% claimed or something but that wasn’t the case. I’ve responded back. Maybe I should send them the screenshot I took.

Just bought a USB car adapter for $9 - I usually don’t have to worry about charging away from home but just for fun loaded Pokemon Go onto my phone and the battery runs out quickly!

@romanigypsyeyes - I don’t know about that mat for you. It looks uncomfortable and it has a warning about not using it if you are undergoing any kind of medical treatment. Be very careful when using it.

99% of stuff is what I don’t need. That being said, in my never-ending search for a better way to organize my spices, I ordered this:

I sent a link to D in case she might be interested, and she replied, telling me that at one time in her career, she worked with the inventor’s mother.

That’s cool, Teri! The guy who is listed as the inventor is apparently from Chicago area.

That would be the connection, BB!

I bought a 32-inch TV for my daughter and an Amazon Fire Stick. I’m feeling flush because I got to join the local YMCA for free today, since my daughter is working as a Y camp counselor this summer. That will save me at least $108 (two months’ membership).

Agree with Teri about the specials… Mostly crap I do not need, but I am super happy about that cat litter! I actually needed it. Saved $11.

So far not tempted. How’d you find the youcopia family folks were from Chicago?

There you go, jym:

Nothing I had to jump on, but I did pick up some undies and was happy to see that a yoga towel I had in my cart was now part of the Prime day sale.

Has anyone used the Dash buttons on Amazon and know how they work?

If I order one of these and press on it, what Gillette produced will be shipped to me? Or Tide, or whatever the Dash button is?

Amazon Dash Button is a Wi-Fi connected device that reorders your favorite product with the press of a button. Each Dash Button is paired with a product of your choice, which is selected through the Amazon App on your Android or iOS smartphone during the set-up process

If you like Ahava creams and lotions they are 40% off.

And now I am REALLY done. D lost one of her favorite earrings yesterday and I found a similar pair at the 30% off price. They’re nothing special and weren’t even expensive to begin with, but she loved the other pair and was sad that she’d lost the one. And she’ll have them in plenty of time before she leaves for school.

Shopping glitches galore. Looks like greenwitch is not alone.

Folks in the bus are all busy shopping…

We have Prime Now restaurant delivery in our area. I just ordered some Thai food (free delivery, but a $5 tip is added) with $10 off using the code EATNOW10. I’m supposed to receive a code for $20 off on a future restaurant order in a few days. The food is scheduled to arrive between 30 and 60 minutes and I will be able to track the delivery on the app.
