how many can you get wrong on math and get a 32

how many can you get wrong on math and get a 32

for math u can actually get like about 5 or so wrong and still pull off a 32 i think. for reading you can get like 3-4 wrong and still get a 34 in most cases

yeah…i agree…the science killed me cus it was the last section before writing, so i was exhausted, and wasnt thinking straight. also i ran out of time.

on the math i definitely guessed on a handful that i skipped, mostly geometry ![]()
english–i felt pretty good about. glad i checked my work cuz i missed a bunch of the “LEAST” questions the first time around
reading went surprisingly smooth
science also went surprisingly smooth
writing-- im sure i did horrible im just glad its a seperate score

overall i did pretty well i think for waking up at 5 and driving for 2 hours without breakfast

hey guys, what did you get for the question with the 2 circle that share the common distance of 2 in the middle. i fingured out that the radius swings by and then you subtract 2 and add the other one. but i think i added wrong. going back to the question the answer should have been 19 if the sides were 9 and 12. but i think i put 21. does anyone else remember? i really hope i didn;t subtract wrong.

thanks

ipam45, that’s right… the lines were the two conjoined radii overlapping by 2… so 9 + 12 - 2 = 19

and on the fostering/upgrading question… i was thinking about putting fostering until i saw it somewhere else in the passage in a similar usage to improving ot furthering… so i put that… i looked at dictionaries and thersauruses (sp?), and all the words were synonyms of each other…

and on mitosis… the prophase was the bottom right image (cell 4 i think)… the big clump of cells… prophase is where the chromosomes uncoil, and that was it… metaphase was the bottom left (cell 2)… they aligned together and just began to split… but it was still basically one long string of chromosomes… the top left was anaphase b/c they were splitting… and the top right was telophase where the two nuclei will begin to split from each other… i totally guessed on that one and guessed correctly… i had bio 2 years ago, so i didn’t remember much… i thought it was kind of stupid that they didn’t give us just a couple words-worth (haha… dumb pun…) of information more… this science section was like that in some places

does anyone remember the adverb question on the english section??
I think i put the condensed version!

I think both were “ly” at the end of the adverb question

on the english section, the adverb question’s answer was the two adverbs ending with “ly.”

so, with the hack, i can get my scores by next saturday or sunday?

depends if you status says tested or not

ahhh. this is going to be the longest week EVER.
but im happy. last test i missed 12 on the math and got a 27.
i did tons of self-prep and there was only one problem on the whole test i had trouble with. so im pretty sure im looking at a 34 or 35

In the last section of the science test
there was something about starch solution getting out, getting in or neither
what did you guys say for that?

For the Starch one, if the holes were bigger the starch would pass through thus the whole entire thing would be blue.

I think that I spent too much time on the one with the horseshoe magnet, but I never time myself for individual sections anyways. I didn’t have much time for the bad solution/diffusion one, but I got summer to know how to do science.

Does anyone remember one of the last math questions? It had to do with an interest rate formula…

Now I think I did horrible. I keep reading this and thinking “Did I put that? I don’t think I did”. I really wish I could have my test and answer sheet so I could see what I did wrong.

^ It was something about P=Prt; solve for P.

I think it was A=P+Prt

My 10th grade Algebra II class(Our school is a little behind in math sometimes) did this equation a lot, and I didn’t really remember it too much, but I was happy with it just said solve for P and we had been doing factoring for a while in PreCalc.

OKgirl- I feel the same way! As I read all of these posts, I vaguely remember the questions, but I don’t remember what I put for the answers-- now I feel like I missed a TON.

what did you get for the solve for P question anyways?

What was the answer, i just couldnt figure it out and was down to the wire on time so I guessed.
