I think the hardest question on the test was the tree decomposing. The rest wasn’t too bad. I think I might have the 800.

@somefish yes it would because many of the cheetahs would be killed off removing variation

"Cheetahs are a prime example of the bottleneck effect…somewhere along their time line about 10, 000 years ago…something happened…disease, mutation something, that killed off the majority of the population…hence the gene pool…

the cheetahs that did survive…had strong genes BUT at the same time…their genetic pool was reduced so over those 10, 000 years, the genetic variation has been reduced so the genes being passed down from generation to generation are no longer healthy and viable but mutated so that literally all cheetahs are somehow related to one another…"

I didnt have E but in the cheetah question, was there an answer that mentioned endogamic characteristics? That explains lack of variability

nvm… bottleneck effect is the right answer…I thought the question was saying that the ceetahs had a ton of genetic variety that was equal… close genetics=bottleneck.

What did you guys get for the question that Ribulose Bisphosphate as one of the answers. It is part of the photosynthesis experiment where they used different colors of light.

Guys -1 is still an 800?
I want to know just in case the ants one was wrong

This test was super easy though, loved it after Math Level 2 :D

@billyX123 It was O2, thats the only way to measure photosynthesis

anyways the question with the eye diagram was something along the lines of “contains photoreceptor cells”

i picked retina which was the thin line inside but around the eyeball going back to the optic nerve

RuBP question’s answer was O2.

Kili, -4 or so is an 800 on this test. You’re fine.

Edit: Kili, that’s not the only way. You could measure light transmittance and use DPIP as a substitute for NADP+ like in one of the AP Bio labs.

guys what about mass extinction?

Yeah retina was A. If I’m not wrong, those 3 questions were A B C
Thanks Studios, I thought the curve was way worse

@doctoribach the question about the disappearance of species and families in the fossil record right?

Did anyone take E?
The last few questions were pretty weird
Something about a field, different plants, net energy, and autotrophs?

@thedoodler those questions ****ed me off

what did u get for the last question that said something bout which 2 places had the same energy produced or soemthing

i picked the 2 that had 0 for the bottom

pdateh35

yes
what did you put there?

i think one who think that this test was easy or super easy is ■■■■■.

Was the answer to 2 of them net community, and was answer to the last one the 2 columns on the far right of the table?

Guys the question about those curves in the vine experiment
I put the one where both of them increase, the experimental group increases more first but then the control has a greater inclination
Is that right?

so how’s the curve for sat ii bio? as in how many questions can i get wrong to still get 780-800? (i didn’t leave any blank) thanks in advance!

i believe so! i put that too KILI16

i think i put mass extinction

I couldn’t narrow it down much so I just skipped it

Would any of you guys retake it or do you think it would be a waste of time?

kili16 that’s what I put
