@ada/CPU - flings are the way to go. before college, long-term relationships are extremely difficult. plus there’s so much more out there, i can’t really imagine just staying with one guy starting from high school. idk…that’s just me. i have a friend who’s extremely good at that sort of thing, and long-distance, too. so, you never know. : P

@warehouse: THATS WHAT I WANT TO DO!!#@(RYORDWSF&#$(QQR$@!wklert2380t9r2 Go to LA before school, that is. unless i don’t get in to USC or chapman. then i will be spending the summer dressed in black and staying in, sleeping all day and asking questions like “why wasn’t i good enough?” or “what else is there to live for?” (jk.) but i’d probably be really sad. ugh. i don’t want to think about it.

HA! You will never see me in a long distance relationship. Can’t even trust them when you go to the same school.

You should be okay, indi. Ace your application video and your definitely in, hopefully I’ll fly in a couple days before move-in day (if I get in, fingers crossed). If you do get into Chapman, we’ll produce a film together - haha. I really hope I get in as well, the wait is literally killing me.

I know all you girls are talking about having a fling - I would also love to have a fling before the summer. Hopefully SoCal girls are hot - yeah I had to say it.

^^ ****… agreed lol. You never know what could happen

If I don’t get into USC, I’ll have lost all hope.
Not trying to think about that though.

And Warehouse… SoCal girls are notorious for being hot, ■■■■■. Stuck up, rich, snobby, and hot.
Kidding (: But they’re gorgeous, don’t worry.

If I don’t get into USC but get into Chapman, Warehouse and indi will be seeing me!

Out of the 10 schools I’m applying to, 6 are my favorite. And also reaches so F.M.L. the other four… I could care less about. Hopefully they give me good financial aid.

After I take my standardized tests, I’ll officially determine what’s a reach and what isn’t. I know Stanford will be a reach no matter what lol.

I hate standardized testing.

lololololol @CPU - 6 are your favorite? hahaa…you’re bound to get into at least one, so at least you’re gonna be happy. XD

@marine: yessss. seeyouthere~
EDIT: ugh, i know. waiting on those SAT scores ATM. I think i’m going to take the SAT Subj. test in Math II, Lit, and Chinese. I was studying for the Lit exam today and it looks really easy. V__V Not excited for the ACT, though. X)

@warehouse: likewise, hopefully the guys are easily as attractive. hopefully not jerks though. they don’t have to be the nicest person, but they have to be interesting. ugh.
also, i hope you’re right! i have a good feeling about you, too. seriously. your ECs are off the chart. X)

Amazing Uni, beautiful location, hot girls? I am good, everytime I talk about applying to Chapman I get nervous and doubt myself. I never expected the wait to be so hard. And of course Marine, we’ll see you at Chapman!

hahaha this thread is hilarious! and i’m a SoCal girl
lol

oh lord… did girls take this thread over?

Lone guy making an appearance.

Indigo-thanks, I hope so too lol. But I can also rank my favorites from most fav to least fav lol.
After I get October scores back I can determine what are academic reaches.

hello mandy! glad you like our thread lol.

btw is anyone interested in greek life ? every since i bought the Sims 2 University in like 7th grade ive wanted to join a sorority

Nope. Greek life for a frat bores me.

Bahaha. MIT, Warehouse is a guy. So it’s just the 2 of you.

But I’m not really interested in a sorority right now. Maybe that will change lol.

Eh. Sororities aren’t my main focus. Some are good and volunteer/merit based. But the majority are… Well yeah.

Smith doesn’t have a Greek scene. The staff looks down on partying. I don’t mind. There are schools nearby, and I can have fun without going to a typical college party.

Maybe as a sophomore I might look into greek life, I heard it’s a great opportunity to meet people and it’s cheaper to live in a house and you get a cook. but I’m not really into the whole hierarchy so probably won’t.

@MIT: yeah buddy! all girls

Ugh…standardized testing…hate it.

I am interested in Greek Life, ada. Never seen it in-action before but I heard it’s very social, so that’s pretty much a plus for me.

@indi - Thanks and I think you’ll get in. You seem like a great person and would add quality to the Uni. SoCal will be amazing and so will wherever you apply.

i might join a sorority! it seems like it would be kind of fun:)
@CPU: smith is an all girls school right?

@ada: i’m not really feeling the greek scene thing. as mentioned, i’d really rather dorm with a guy, so i can’t imagine living with multiple girls. =__= i might go insane.

EDIT: @mandy: so, ARE SoCal guys hot? XD

@ada: hahahahahaahaha…poor MIT. If it makes you feel better, i always knew you were a guy. X)

my friend at gwu is in a sorority (theyre mainly for volunteer) and she just got back from guatemala with her “sisters” and i think they were building something. it seems like so much fun !

anyway … oh MIT ! you’re a boy ! i didnt even know until now.
