<p>It depends on what “alot” is, if the lates&absences even show up on ur transcript… Obviously, adcoms are gonna be curious if you only come to 3/4 of your classes or something, but a couple here and there shouldn’t be too big of a deal… we all have some absences…</p>

<p>Have you checked your transcript? Mine - official ‘Ontario Student Transcript’ - does not show any lates or absences.</p>

<p>Yeah. Official student transcripts (the ones printed on the pretty ministry paper) doesn’t show absences.</p>

<p>thanks for the reply everyone. i go to high school in alberta. i heard from someone in our school that there is an absence and a late count beside each mark. i had to miss occasional classes to attend research conferences and do some lab work. Its nothing major, maybe just like a few classes a semester…</p>
