<p>If I wanted to start fundraisers during the school year with a group of people that aren’t associated with any club and promote it within my school, would that be looked upon as shady? It’s hard to start a club at my school, especially after a certain time of year that has already passed now, but my local food center is lacking donations. For that reason, I’d really like to take the initiative and leadership to start a food drive to collect food for the homeless in my community. I’m just worried about the illegitimacy and the resulting awkwardness. Honestly though, I’m just trying to be a caring person. </p>
