I am from India. I had done my MCA in 2002 with 60%. I have 5+yrs IT experience in India. I am planning to pursue MS(computer Science) or MBA in Canada 2014 with low tuition fees according to my budget.
I dont come from a financially much strong background so i have been looking at University in canada recently i got to know about University of Regina, University of Saskatchewan, Memorial University . But i am not sure how ms in computers or MBA there, how are employment opportunities & tuition fees .
Another question could you order university mentioned above course , living expenses & what r the exact fees. I am planning for GRE, Tofel . I have a average career(50%)
i would be interested in getting a job after post grad. What r the Opportunities there for job ?. How are the packages there?

Also how are my chance to get In that University.

I know that is a lot to ask, but i am actually very confused.

Remember that the TOEFL is a “threshold credential”, i.e. if you get past the minimum, any increase will not help you any more. However, I can’t do much for you. Now, for the data:

USK Edwards (MBA): Aim for 550+ on the GMAT; I wonder what an Indian 60% means when converted to Saskatchewan grades ($36,870 in tuition)
USK computer science: Reach ($5,377 in tuition, but you get $17,500 as a stipend to cover it; I wonder how much GPA slack you will get with 5 years of work experience in IT, since USK asks for first-class honors, which normally means a 3.6 GPA or better. Aim for V150+/Q160+ regardless)
Memorial business: Aim for 550+ on the GMAT ($5,718 for the entire degree)
Memorial computer science: Reach (aim for V150+/Q160+ regardless; I wonder whether a 60% Indian GPA is worth a 75% GPA at Memorial)
U Regina Levene: Aim for 550+ on the GMAT ($42,600 for the whole degree)
U Regina CS: Reach ($7,787 in tuition)

Definitely get your transcript evaluated by WES first. For all these programs, get 95+ on the TOEFL IBT.
