<p>Personally, I think that it’s ridiculous to decide that UCSD is just rescinding people for whatever reason they can find because they accepted too many people. Even if they accepted too many people, that’s paranoid and ridiculous, and sounds like you’re just rationalizing.</p>
<p>For those that got rejected because of the transcripts, why aren’t you calling? Why aren’t you talking to your high school, trying to get proof that they sent it? Just through reading some of the messages on this board, other people had the same problem and they got it fixed. That does not sound like UCSD is rejecting people for no reason.</p>
<p>As for the grades, UCSD already has the LEAST requirement for GPA out of all the UCs. It’s 3.0 WEIGHTED. Unless you have some really good reason to have gotten a D or an F, you shouldn’t be complaining about anyone’s incompetence but your own. So what if other people in other years got away with it and you didn’t? Life isn’t fair. You should’ve brought your grade up. You signed a contract.</p>
<p>Also, sheep99, I’m just curious as to what the “minor mistakes” that your admission got revoked for are.</p>
