^^^ Obviously that didn’t work out so well for her.
^^ You’re black…?

^^^Yes, that was exactly her problem. Lol. And she seemed to be into a specific type of white guy. Kind of preppy/nerdy-ish, and that type typically isn’t associated with black girls. Haha, I don’t know how to describe it, but she had the hugest crush on Track Palin, so you can draw your own conclusions.

Ahaha I remember the whole Track Palin obsession.

My mom and I just had a jam sesh to Purple Rain.
I truly adore that woman.

Technically I am multi-racial. Grandparents were German, Cuban, Native American, and black. I am a cultural melting pot lmao.

But my skin color is really tan. Think of a white guy with a tan year round and that is my skin color. I also have freckles and red hair. Yeah… not your average black guy lmao.

I remember when I met one of my girlfriend’s mother, and she said, in all seriousness “So, Brandon, don’t take this the wrong way, but what is your race? I can’t tell. You are obviously mixed but I can’t tell with what.” My girlfriend then said,“he is the missing link between whites and blacks mom.” True story.

So technically I am multi-racial, but on my birth certificate and on my college applications, I am black. lol

hahahahaha

@CloudyCloud: I love mixed black people
Nvm, just read that you had red hair. You’re probably not as black as I’m imagining you are right now lol.

It always fascinates me how many black people there are on CC.

The word ‘adore’ is my pet peeve.

Yayyyy more black gingers lmao. Yeah, I’m a redhead to butttttt not anymore xD
I went dark brown last year. Omg I wish I had freckles…my bro has freckles …its not fair lol We’re practically the same thing except switch out the nationalities for Irish/Italian/, Dominican, Cherokee & black (&some Tahitian) but of course its just easier to tell people I’m black.

@MarinebioSax- There’s definately alot more than I thought. We need more pacific islanders though!

You should see the entire African American forum. Lol.

I’m like a small bit Italian.

Gulp went about guys the wrong way.

MarinebioSax, you seemed kind of surprised to hear that I am black. Why?

The African American forum bores me to death though.

@Jai: Hell yes we do!
So far, I’m the only pacific islander here.

But gump needs to come back.

^

She thought you were a white fluffy cloud, probably.

Wait, hold up, wth?! Don’t forget my 1/32 Tahitian xD ahaha jk.

LOL I didn’t forget that :p

^Sappy post.
I was off looking at old forums with other great CCers
you know, Biggie Smalls and the rest. I remember one of my first CC post when I was dying under my rents strictness and Biggie Smalls made me feel almost, just a little bit, better. Now, I am no longer a rising junior, I’m a depressed senior. I’ve sent all my college apps out. I have finished all my sats. My sat math is no longer horrible but I’m still stuck under my parents thumb and I’m still unhappy. I keep hoping that one day, I’ll be like BIggie smalls with choices of colleges to choose from, or even more–I dream of the day I can mostly leave CC behind like dust and ashes, go to college ,grow up, feel the brilliance of sun on my face and find it. happiness.

^Sappy post over.

I love the Wiz.

3 essays due tomorrow.
It’s a shame that I don’t even feel like starting…

I am coming out of the closet.

I am a Taylor Swift fan. She inspired me to pick up guitar. Well, SRV did; but that ambition went away and Taylor Swift brought it back to me.

No regrets. The girl is talented.
