<p>I just hope Colbert does something different from the same old creaky late night format (monologue followed by celebs shilling their latest movies). Fallon breaks that mold a bit, but not enough. I haven’t had the patience to watch the entirety of any of the late night talk shows in years. I wish CBS had to guts to try something completely new in that time slot–comedy, drama, anything. I love Colbert, but it’s depressing to think of him shoehorned into the late night box.</p>
<p>My new personal late night talk show favorite is “Watch what happens” on Bravo with Andy Cohen. That’s because I love watching the reality shows "Million Dollar listings NY & LA and Millionaire Matchmaker. I can’t believe people really act this way!
