<p>It is also nice to show growth and improvement over time.</p>
<p>Colleges and universities know that not every member of the drama club is going to be a theater major headed to Broadway, and that not every member of the HS tennis team wants to play for the college team. What is important is that you have a life outside of the classroom that has helped you grow up as a person.</p>
