I ran into a problem on the second page, where it asked where I was from. There are two issues that I ran into: Do you want to know where I was born and grew up, or where I live today? Regardless both answers (Quebec, USA) are not available to click on.

Are you interested in responses from Canadians who no longer live in Canada?
