So in my school, I am starting IB next year(currently a sophomore). My school has a fairly small IB program so not a lot of classes. Currently I am considering enrolling in
IB Mathematics HL(online, first kid to ever take Math HL)
IB English HL(Required by state)
IB History of the Americas HL(Required By state)
IB ITGS HL or IB Computer Science SL(NO HL at school)
IB Physics SL(NO HL at school)
IB Mandarin SL
IB Theory of Knowledge
AP Environmental Science for first semester in lieu of TOK
Will colleges be informed of my school’s lack of HL in Math and Science, I want to be an engineer or Physicist and wanted to do some investigation in this if anybody knows about it.
Tbh I think 3 HL’s are good enough (unless you’re truly determined to take 4 HL’s). I would drop IB ITGS HL since that’s more (social studies I think?) and you want to do something sciency so Computer Science would fit better (and because it’s SL, you’ll have an easier time doing your CAS hours / Extended Essay and whatnot).
Besides, I’m pretty sure colleges will know that your school only offers Physics/Comp Science at the Standard Level so it shouldn’t be held against you.
Colleges will receive a school profile from your school explaining the IB curriculum offered and the course offerings. Colleges will not hold your school’s offering/or lack thereof against you. Relax.

Ask your GC if only the diploma is considered most rigorous, frankly with that offering, I would think twice especially as your math option sounds very sketchy. Online HL math LOL? If you can get your sciences as APs then it would work fine, but frankly the lack of HL sciences is really gaping.
We Only have Biology HL, and the teacher is annoying(had her for Biology Honors) and nobody has gotten a 7 on the exams. In regards to what you are saying, I hope to focus more on the math side of science, so I have enrolled in AP Physics 1 this summer and am planning on taking AP Physics 2 fall online(after school to add to the load of work, lol) and then AP Physics C(either one) in the spring after school again. As for Math HL, yeah I know it will be difficult, and it won’t be the best way but I really want to take it, I have arranged for a couple of my friends that will be seniors and have taken math courses outside of school(A magnet school’s advanced math course, i.e. Multivariable Calc, Linear Algebra, Differential equations(will be in this one next year)), to help me if need be.
