<p>I took 2 bags to the Longchamp store to be repaired. Very disappointed, didn’t look like they did anything.

Le Pliage sale alert!
I got my two Longchamps totes back from the store. It took them awhile-- like, two months – but the saleslady had warned me about that so it wasn’t an issue. They did a good job fixing the corners. The woman in the store said they fix them by resewing all the edges so the bags are now perhaps half an inch smaller all around, which is not at all a concern for me. Unfortunately the handles on my older bag are faded a bit, so I can’t say the bag looks brand new, but their repair means I can use the bags for another ten years or so.
And it was free!
