Looking for recommendation for good bio chemical engineering for Masters program

Posting this on behalf of an international student. I do not have more details and have never navigated this path so appreciate if anybody can share some pointers on potential colleges and resources.

A student in Mumbai is in her final year of engineering at Institute of Chemical technology… She would like to do her Masters with thesis and is looking for recommendation for bio chemical engineering colleges in USA

Here GRE is 327 and Tofel is 113.
