I need assistance with looking for a college in the U.S. that is good with Accounting/Finance and Computer science. My parents are willing to pay up to $20,000-$30,000 total estimated cost excluding getting from where I live to that state.

The area that I wish to study are in the midwest, south and southwest states. I have yet to take any SAT classes but plan on taking it sometime this Fall.

You need to read everything (and I do mean everything) at [International Students - EducationUSA](http://www.educationusa.state.gov/) Then you should make an appointment with the counselors at the advising center nearest to you. If you can’t meet with them in person, ask if they can counsel you by email or on the phone. They are the experts on helping students in your country find good places to study in the US.
There are a number of schools that don’t require an ACT/SAT test score. You can find a list at [The National Center for Fair & Open Testing | FairTest](http://www.fairtest.org)

You should also keep in mind that tuition increases each year, so the amount your family will be paying for freshman year is not the amount your family will be paying senior year. Therefore, you might want to be looking at colleges closer to the 20k range.
