Loughborough Univeristy & Financial Aid

I’m almost positive there is no financial aid for us students studying in the uk, but can anyone confirm this? Is there any possible way to get any sort of financial aid? It is my absolute dream to go to Loughborough University. I have the grades, I just need to make sure I can afford it. I highly doubt my parents will help me pay since they are against me going anywhere outside of my own state to go to college.
input is much appreciated :)

Did you look on their website? We found some of the schools have scholarships listed for International students. I suggest calling/emailing the admissions office and asking for the international students recruiters and asking them. I would definitely get in touch with them asap. My daughter is planning to attend a UK school and they emailed her and invited her to apply to a scholarship for US students. We didn’t know that this school had international recruiters until she got the email.

You can also file the FAFSA to reeceive US student loans for your schooling. You can also use any 529 money (if you have it ) at several International schools (and Loughborough is one of those schools).

I hope your parents do support you. Studying abroad is a wonderful opportunity!
