@fmlwithoutlube honestly man. I’m extremely confused too. I would want you to share if you get to some decision and a reason. That’ll be really helpful. Also, If LUMS would give me the same knowledge of the subject I opt for as LSE, then why should I choose LUMS anyways?

LSE is great. people who say it’s lahore school of everybody didnt get accepted. it has a good reputation and the faculty is great too. it is cheaper too. a good student life matters yes but in my case it doesnt. i just want to study and get out of this whole degree thing and get on my feet and experience the practical life asap. i dont want to waste my years studying. people say that u should enjoy and experience new things in uni but i cant and i have learned quite a lot. i’m sure a uni cant teach me things that i dont already know other than the program obviously. uni is just a step. i’m a misanthrope and i have lived enough. just wanna retire and sit on my porch and enjoy the sunset as soon as possible
LSE and IBA are accredited by NBEAC too. they are W business schools. i can do bsaf from there and then enjoy the exemption from CA. @StudyBuddy0

@fmlwithoutlube I have some stuff that could help you decide for LUMS btw. I’ve asked a current student of LUMS and some from NUST S3H and LSE.
it was a facebook group of more than 600 lums dudes where they objectified women and made misogynistic/sexist jokes. some of them even mentioned the girls by name. it was a whole drama and everyone was obsessed with it. there was a crowd outside the student affairs office. people who didnt get into lums criticized the authority and stuff. u get the picture
@fmlwithoutlube relatable much. Look, LSE is good. Already know that. LUMS is not as fancy as it may seem. Not at all. It kills you with the hard work it will push you to do. One of the graduates from there told me ‘it’s way too easy to get in, super hard to survive’ bec everyone’s learning and competing. The grind it gives you is challenging for sure. So if you go to LUMS just for the charm you see rn, don’t.

@fmlwithoutlube I think LUMS is always a thing to gossip about for people who didn’t get in. That’s human nature for how they make it look bad. There have been bigger things in other institutions.
